This is a showcase of projects I worked on, or am I currently working on:

MDX data store A library to let a GIS (GeoServer or uDIG) access every data warehouse that has an XMLA interface via MDX queries (still experimental)

Portale acque (Italian Ministry of Health): click on the "Scopri la qualità dell'acqua della tua region" link and choose your Italian beach of choice to check the quality of its water

Tutela Mare (Italian Environment Ministry): click on "Ambiente & Meteo" on the left to check sea water quality and the weather in and around Italy.

Si.DiMar (Italian Environment Ministry): click on the dark grey menu items on the left to see distribution of various sea creatures and gauge sea pollution
